John Ruegg is the Director of the Information Systems Advisory Body (ISAB) for the Countywide Criminal Justice Coordinating Committee (CCJCC) in Los Angeles County, California. He has more than 25 years of experience with programming, system analysis, project management, and information technology management and consulting for LA County in health care and criminal justice systems. John is also a Vice Chair of the Global Standards Council and the Chair of the GSC's Federated Identity and Technical Privacy Task Team. |

Diana Graski is a member of NCSC's Technology team, providing support to the Children's Bureau's National Resource Center for Child Welfare Data and Technology; the National Information Exchange Model's Children, Youth, and Family Services domain; and leaders in the justice and human services communities who seek to improve program performance through appropriate information sharing. Di is a participant in the Global Standards Council's Services Task Team and Federated Identity and Privilege Management Task Team. |
